COMPANY HISTORY
Linx Electrical & Property Services was first established by Kevin McCollin on 1st December 1995. Linx Electrical Ltd was incorporated on 1st April 2003.
Our primary business function is industrial and commercial electrical installations. We have built up our reputation over the years, working with a substantial and long standing customer base which is varied in its requirements. Work undertaken ranges from minor works contracts in the domestic field, to major industrial projects throughout the UK.

Our reputation has been further enhanced by the assurance of a 24 hour call out facility and response time which is offered to all customers.

We approach design and installation with the clients' needs foremost, without forgetting the importance of individuality and recognition. Our main aim is to provide the highest possible level of customer service to produce total satisfaction from our clients.
We have in-house resources and skills to manage any project from concept, through design to installation and commissioning. Each individual project is managed with a site engineer throughout its duration, irrespective of size.
In addition to the provision of both new installations and refurbishment, we can also offer a full repair and maintenance service. Our team of approved electricians and engineers are equipped with mobile telephones and vehicle tracking devices as well as stores, which enables us to respond to most demands with minimum delay.
Linx Electrical Ltd is an NICEIC registered company and is also accredited by Constructionline, The National Britannia SAFEcontractor Scheme & CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme). We are on the List of Approved Contractors for The Humberside Police and The East Riding of Yorkshire County Council. We are also approved by the Environment Agency as a licensed carrier of hazardous waste.
